Maxwell Johnson, DMD
Born and raised in Tucson, Dr. Max graduated from Mountain View High School and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona; BEAR DOWN! He went on to the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine where he was in the top 5 of his graduating class. After dental school, he completed his residency in the Lehigh Valley Hospital Network in Allentown, PA where he learned advanced techniques in implant dentistry, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Max is passionate about dentistry and helping patients experience extraordinary care and a beautifully healthy smile they’ll be proud to share with the world. As a lifelong learner, he’s dedicated to staying on the leading edge of the latest technologies, techniques, and treatment options for patients. He is currently engaged in the highly regarded Implant Pathways and Kois Training continuums.
Beyond serving patients, he loves traveling and spending time with his beautiful wife, Dr. Sarah Chang and their two children, Bryce and Aria. He also enjoys the outdoors, running, cycling, and playing golf.
Dr. Neelam Jadeja
Dr. Neelam Jadeja is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to all patients by developing personalized treatment plans, creating trustful relationships, and being up to date with current technology, evidence, and techniques.
Bringing several years of clinical experience in private dental offices, community dental clinics, and academic settings, Dr. Jadeja has worked with diverse populations of all age groups. Her invaluable expertise includes an Advanced Education in General Dentistry from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During this program, she gained in-depth training and experience in providing oral health care to adults with medical and intellectual disabilities, earning her the esteemed Award for Excellence in Special Care Dentistry.
Dr. Jadeja's passion for dentistry extends to her special interests in restorative, cosmetic, geriatric, and implant dentistry. She is an avid believer in the importance of continuing education and evidence-based dentistry. In pursuit of this commitment, she completed her Master’s in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Dental Public Health Residency at the New York State Department of Oral Health. Her outstanding achievements during her residency were acknowledged with an Award for Excellence in Academics and Oral Health Research. Notably, she has also contributed to the field through the publication of a research paper on the effect of e-cigarette smoking on periodontal health in the Journal of Periodontology.
As an active member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and Southern Arizona Dental Society, Dr. Jadeja remains deeply engaged in the dental community. Outside of the office, she finds joy in traveling, reading, hiking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Dr. Macy Unruh
Originally from Louisville, GA, Dr. Macy Unruh attended Georgia College and State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, summa cum laude. She then pursued her doctorate in dental medicine at the Dental College of Georgia in Augusta, GA.
During her time in dental school, Dr. Unruh was an active member of several organizations. She served as Treasurer and Vice President of the American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD), Class Historian, and Class Representative for the Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA). Additionally, she was a member of the Student National Dental Association (SNDA) and the American Student Dental Association (ASDA).
Dr. Unruh is deeply passionate about dentistry and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their best smiles. She believes in providing comprehensive, compassionate care and takes great joy in seeing the positive impact a healthy smile can have on a person's confidence and overall well-being.
Dr. Unruh recently moved to Arizona with her fiancé, Nick, who is completing his medical residency program in Interventional Radiology at Banner University Medical Center. They are excited to tie the knot this December in Apache Junction, AZ. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Unruh enjoys playing golf with Nick, spending time with family and friends, and hanging out with her cavapoo, Nelson.

Himali Patel, DDS
Himali Patel was born and raised in London, England and moved with her family to Virginia when she was 13. She completed her undergraduate degree in Chemistry and additional studies in Business and Spanish at the Virginia Commonwealth University.She then received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA.Dr. Patel bases her dental values on patient education, communication, and quality care. She takes pride in her friendly interactions with patients while providing comforting dental care. She enjoys collaborating with patients about the best options for their oral health while helping to create beautiful, healthy smiles. Dr. Patel sees it as a privilege when a patient puts their trust in her, and she vows to treat all patients with the best care.In her spare time, Dr. Patel enjoys trying new restaurants in the area, cooking, and traveling to spend quality time with her friends and family.
